There is no sub-text to this. I was standing in the kitchen and the scene didn't appear blurred to me. I was drawn to the bright color of one neighbors jacket. By the time I had the camera up to shoot she'd taken off the jacket and started to walk away. The blur from the window was somewhat unexpected.
